HAIR CARE

Your extensions deserve the same love you’d give your natural hair. With a consistent routine and minimal effort, they’ll stay soft, full, and beautifully sleek.

To get the best out of your bundles, follow these simple care tips:

• Use a light hand with styling products—too much can weigh the hair down

• Protect your hair while you sleep with a satin bonnet or satin pillowcase

• Always apply a heat protectant before using hot tools

• Wash every 10–14 days using a sulphate-free shampoo, then follow with a rich, hydrating conditioner from weft to ends

• Rinse with lukewarm water to protect the cuticle and maintain softness

• Cleanse gently using your palms in a downward motion—never rub or bunch the hair together

• While the hair is still damp, apply 2–3 drops of natural oil (Coconut or Almond work best) to lock in moisture

• Use a small amount of Argan, Almond, or Coconut oil throughout the week to keep the hair nourished and frizz-free. Tip: Argan oil is great for styling and shine, while Coconut and Almond provide deeper hydration

A small amount of shedding is normal, but if you notice excessive shedding, it may be a sign of rough handling or product build-up. Always detangle gently, starting from the ends and working your way up.

Avoid ingredients like sulphates, isopropyl alcohol, formaldehyde, and propylene glycol—they can dry out the hair and reduce its lifespan.

Please note: Longer lengths may have thinner wefts, which is completely normal.

Planning to bleach or dye your extensions? We strongly recommend using a professional stylist to avoid over-processing and keep the hair looking its best.

Our bundles are not mass produced. Please allow 1-2 business days for production (not including shipping time).

Once your order ships, your tracking number will be emailed within 5 business days.

A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is home, your parcel will be sent to your local depot for collection.

Selected Click & Collect? Your wig will be ready for pickup during your confirmed appointment at our address.

This option is exclusively for clients with scheduled bookings.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene regulations, all wigs are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made.

Please follow our hair care guide closely and always do a patch test before applying new products.

We are not responsible for damage caused by over bleaching, improper care, or misuse.

For custom colouring or bleach, we always recommend working with a professional for best results.
